Today, July 16th 2012 marks a record breaking reign of 287 weeks at World No. 1 for Roger Federer. By winning Wimbledon last Sunday Federer equalled Pete Sampras’ all time record of 286 weeks in the top spot, but today he reigns as the player with the greatest number of weeks at World No. 1 ever.
